Each accepted paper/poster must be covered by at least one author's registration (early fee) as "presenter" to be included in the symposium proceedings. The student rate for presenters can only be chosen if the student is the first author and presenter of the paper/poster. A registration as presenter (regular/student) will then cover up to two posters OR one paper & one poster by the same presenting author. For additional papers, the presenting authors need to pay for a separate registration.

The registration fee includes coffee and lunch breaks during the conference, the reception on the 13th, the banquet in the Teleborg Castle on the 14th, electronic symposium proceedings, and attendance to keynote speeches and all technical sessions.

The VINCI 2018 banquet will take place in the evening of August 14th 2018 in the Teleborg Castle. This event is included in the symposium registration. One extra ticket per registered participant (e.g., for an accompanying partner) for both the banguet (1100 SEK incl. drinks) and/or the reception on the 13th (370 SEK) can be purchased through the online conference registration.
We offer local undergraduate and PhD students (no presenters, both formally enrolled at Linnaeus University) the possibility to attend the conference for free. However, if you fall into this category and are interested to attend, then you must register formally (category "Student at LNU") and no meals, drinks, or breaks are included; only attendance to the conference and access to the electronic proceedings.
Registration and Payment
The payment can be made online by credit card through this registration form. The registration will close after August 1, 2018.
Cancellation
If you have registered as non-presenter (early fee) and cannot attend the conference, you must send us a written notice of your cancellation and request for 80% refund. The date of cancellation will be the date the written request is received by us via email (info@vinci-conf.org). After July 1st, 2018, no refund is possible.
